Ship Your Damaged Media

We'll start your evaluation process the minute we receive your drive. We do everything possible to give you a same-day assessment.

Step 1 - Choose Courtesy Shipping Option A or B

A. UPS can pick up you hard drive at your office or home same day or next day. Call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877) to schedule a pickup.

B. Bring your hard drive to a local UPS Store. They can package it for you if you choose.

Step 2 - Fill out Intake Form

This is our electronic intake form. Click on this link and click on "Open" on the prompt that follows. Fill out this form on your computer, print it out and sign where noted. You must include this form with your hard drive when shipping.

Step 3 - Securely Pack Media

When shipping any type of media, it is extremely important that your media is packaged carefully to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Handle your hard drive extremely carefully! Proper packaging will help ensure a greater degree of recovery of your data.

Required materials:
1. Anti-static bag or aluminum foil
2. Foam or bubble wrap
3. Shipping box (16"x16"x8" approx.)
4. Sturdy tape
